Agency Support Executive
Key duties:
At The Media Angel we are passionate about delivering success for our clients advertising campaigns. We are looking for the right person to;
- Help support busy agency activity on a day-to day basis
- Co-ordinate all client campaigns
- Liaise with clients & media suppliers on behalf of the account team to ensure advert deadlines are adhered to adverts and are placed correctly
- Assist with creating engaging content on The Media Angel’s social media accounts.
- Social media reporting
- Use Photoshop or equivalent for adapting / editing images
- Create multimedia web content and update company web site.
- Assist with the undertaking of industry research.
- Assist with the monitoring of client campaigns– ensuring all client adverts are running to plan reaching the target audience
- Produce campaign evaluations for client campaigns
- Respond to all enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with the upkeep of agency filing systems
Essential experience/skills:
- An organised multi-tasker with a ‘can do attitude’, possessing a strong eye for detail and the ability to produce articulate information
- Able to work methodically, accurately and efficiently
- Able to prioritise, working to tight deadlines and work well under pressure
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experienced with using design packages such as Adobe.
- Proficient across all social media platforms
- A self-starter who can work well on their own
- Co-operative and able to work effectively within a team
- Professional and articulate telephone manner
Desired:
- Graduate
- 1 to 2 years of working for an advertising agency or in a marketing position or a strong desire to work in the advertising sector
- Welsh speaker
- Experience of using WordPress or similar content management systems
Hours:
Full-time or part-time flexible hours available
Office location Penarth, just outside of Cardiff
